Poste : avocat fiscaliste Lieu de travail : Montréal Notre client, un cabinet d'avocats bien établi, est à la recherche d'un avocat en droit fiscal pour se joindre à son équipe. Ce poste offre la possibilité de traiter des dossiers fiscaux variés et de collaborer étroitement avec des collègues de différents groupes de pratique. Responsabilités : - Conseiller les clients en matière de planification fiscale, de réorganisations d'entreprises et d'opérations commerciales. - Effectuer des recherches sur des questions fiscales et rédiger des avis juridiques. - Rédiger et réviser la documentation à l'appui des stratégies fiscales. - Travailler avec les clients et leurs conseillers comptables et financiers. Qualifications : - Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec. - Expérience pertinente en droit fiscal. - Solides compétences en analyse, en rédaction et en service à la clientèle. - Capacité à gérer des dossiers de façon autonome et à collaborer efficacement.
