What You'll Be Doing: - Provide dedicated, high-level executive support to a senior C-suite executive - Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, manage logistics and ensure the executive is well-prepared for upcoming commitments - Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations and detailed itineraries - Draft, proofread and format correspondence, presentations, reports, memos and other business documents - Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion What We're Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of corporate Executive Assistant experience, including demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership - Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills, with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities - A polished, professional and personable approach with strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint How to Apply Please apply directly to Angelica Stewart at [email protected].
