This 450+ unit property offers luxury amenities, modern technology, and an elevated resident experience. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction and exposure to senior leadership. Our client is seeking a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of a large-scale residential rental community, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for residents, managing inquiries, complaints, escalations, and conflict resolution professionally and effectively. - Build strong relationships with residents, staff, contractors, and service providers while fostering a positive community atmosphere. - Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities to improve operations, resident experience, and building performance. - Lead and support on-site staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring accountability and service excellence. - Manage contractor relationships, service agreements, RFPs, suite turnovers, and capital or maintenance-related projects. - Assist with budget preparation, expense management, and the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports. - Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), health and safety regulations, and company policies. - Represent the landlord at Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) hearings when required. - Respond to emergencies and urgent property matters, including after-hours situations as needed. - Work closely with senior leadership, providing regular updates on property operations, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: - 5+ years of residential property management experience, ideally within purpose-built rental communities. - Experience managing large, amenity-rich residential properties. - Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) processes. - Experience managing budgets, contractors, vendors, and financial reporting. - Proficiency with Yardi property management software. - Property Management designation (or working towards one) is a strong preference.
