What you will do: Assist the operator during the cross-cutting and fabrication of tapered insulation products Lay out materials according to custom cutting specifications Handle and process various heavy insulation materials, including Polyisocyanurate, Expanded Polystyrene, Extruded Polystyrene, and Roxul Mineral Fibre Support the accurate coding of cut products for easy reassembly on the roof Maintain a clean and organized workstation by performing end-of-day cleanup at assigned stations What you will bring: Ability to read and use a tape measure and interpret imperial measurements accurately Comfortable reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding technical layouts Experience operating a counterbalance forklift Skilled at working independently while contributing positively to a team environment Able to perform under pressure and demonstrate initiative and leadership when needed Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Safe and confident in the use of hand and power tools What you will earn: Competitive compensation: We make sure your hard work is recognized Medical, dental, and vision insurance: Enjoy the peace of mind provided by our comprehensive benefits package and telemedicine service designed to prioritize your well-being.
