Description Position Summary The Imprinting Prep team member supports the Production/Assembly and Graphics departments by preparing materials for printing, assisting with order fulfillment, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and production workflow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review work orders to determine production requirements, including quantities, timelines, stock specifications, colors, and print sequences. Prepare materials for production by unbagging and organizing items for the printing process. Fold, package, bag, and/or box finished products according to company standards and customer specifications. Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Verify printed quantities and confirm all products are properly packaged and prepared for shipment. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment. Assist with other production-related duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential function satisfactorily. Minimum of one year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Experience with label-making software is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment and follow established safety procedures. Work Environment This position operates in a production/manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all company safety, quality, and operational standards. The employee is expected to work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
