We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities Highly adept and confident with complex project management – Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk. Problem-solving – not only do you execute well on the tacticals of risk, plan and budget management, but you love the challenge of problem-solving and are proactive on this front Collaboration and leadership – Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Coach and mentor your teams as you work toward a common goal. Negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. Matrix management will be a key skill that you possess given the myriad of stakeholders to engage and bring on board the journey. Relationship building and confidence influencing at a Senior level – Importantly, not only are you great at working with your peers and managing and coaching more junior staff, but you are also comfortable engaging senior leadership and can develop trusted working relationships with senior business stakeholders and technology partners Communication and persuasion – Share ideas, build consensus, and write with impact. Chair and run effective meetings with impact and with clear outcomes and next steps. Must-Have Requirements 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering large, complex projects from planning through implementation. Strong knowledge of project management practices, processes, and delivery principles. 1+ year of experience delivering regulatory projects within a large bank, specifically in Finance areas such as Tax, Controllership, or Treasury. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess solutions and resolve project issues. Flexibility to support UK/APAC time zones when required for international stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Nice-to-Have PMP designation. Experience delivering Tax compliance or regulatory initiatives, such as global e-invoicing projects. Requirements
Requires 10+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex projects, strong knowledge of project management practices, and at least one year delivering regulatory projects in a large bank’s Finance function, such as Tax, Controllership, or Treasury. A related bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to support UK/APAC time zones are required; PMP and tax compliance or global e-invoicing experience are preferred.
