By providing ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and our Advisor team, you will help our team deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm. As an invaluable internal and external point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining client accounts, ensuring account administration and documentation remains up-to-date and compliant and working with an Investment Advisor in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities. Client Service & Operations Manage client experience for assigned household portfolio by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and executing or delegating requests Execute cash flow processes including wires, deposits, withdrawals, RIFs, EFTs, and fee management Complete recurring administrative work such as tracking client ages for RSP-to-RIF conversions, unlocking LIRAs, and generating gains/loss reports Manage RSP/TFSA/RIF/RESP processes, including client communications and withdrawal processing Execute new client onboarding (documentation, transfers, online access setup, welcome calls) Complete account closing and fee processes Prepare meeting prep materials, and supporting documentation Confirm client meeting details and ensure proper meeting logistics Execute post-meeting tasks and follow-up items Support estate settlement and client tax reporting processes General Administration Manage digital client experience including eStatements, WMOnline, and banking information updates Complete operational tasks, W8-Ben forms, and account updates Maintain household structures Provide backup support during vacations, illness, and busy periods Team Expectations Putting clients first in all interactions Demonstrating collaboration and teamwork Following documented team processes and checklists Supporting team members during peak periods What do you need to succeed?
