Compliance Analyst (Archer / GRC) Step into an exciting opportunity in the insurance sector for our client, where you will contribute to key governance, risk, and compliance initiatives within a highly collaborative environment. This role offers broad exposure across multiple business functions and the chance to support enterprise-wide frameworks while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. What is in it for you: • Salaried: $54-64 per hour. • Incorporated Business Rate: $64-74 per hour. • 14-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: • Execute and maintain control governance activities. • Perform data mapping and control documentation. • Conduct control testing and document results. • Maintain and update control inventories within Archer/GRC platforms. • Manage risk and control reporting, governance data, and documentation. • Maintain governance and compliance records. • Support risk reporting and regulatory requirements. • Conduct governance activities across Technology, Data, Privacy, Risk, and Operations functions. • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain evidence and resolve outstanding items. • Track remediation activities and action items through completion. • Support access remediation and validation processes. • Independently manage deliverables and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities. What you will need to succeed: Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Control Governance, Data Governance, GRC Administration, or Financial Services. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms. • Experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Control Governance environments. • Experience managing risk and control data, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement. • Strong experience working with Archer or similar GRC platforms. • Strong understanding of control testing, governance processes, and control documentation. • Experience with data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Preferred qualifications • Professional certifications in Risk Management, Audit, Governance, or Compliance. • Financial Services industry experience. • Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Data Governance, or First Line Risk & Control experience. • Strong Archer/GRC administration experience. • Data management and data mapping experience within governance frameworks. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks. • Experience with cyber controls, SDLC processes, and technology governance. Soft skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
