Maintenance Manager Position ID: 36017 Location: New Brunswick Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Relocation: Available Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing operation in Saint John. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for an experienced engineer who can lead the maintenance function, improve equipment reliability and partner closely with operations. Responsibilities Lead the site's maintenance function and team Oversee asset reliability and preventative maintenance programs Support plant shutdowns and turnarounds Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement Partner with operations and supply chain Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience P.Eng strongly preferred Maintenance, reliability or asset management experience Strong people leadership and communication skills Shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset Experience within an automated manufacturing environment preferred What's Offered Comprehensive benefits 3 weeks' vacation with flexibility based on experience Relocation assistance Strong opportunity for future career progression This is an on-site position in Saint John, New Brunswick.
