Job summary

Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their downtown Calgary office. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Manage daily office operations, including welcoming visitors, coordinating office supplies, handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining common areas. Ensure office facilities remain organized, professional, and fully functional, including reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and storage areas. Act as the primary contact for building management, vendors, facilities providers, and travel partners. Support onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with the People & Culture team. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, team gatherings, and company functions. Prepare and process corporate credit card expense reports and assist with expense audits alongside the Finance team. Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as required. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, catering, and event logistics. Assist with branded merchandise and inventory management. Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Your strengths include: Previous office administration experience within a corporate, fast-paced, or high-growth environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams. Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
