$18.25/hour + tip-out | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Red Robin Langley is hiring Expeditors to join our restaurant team at 19705 Fraser Hwy #530, Langley, BC V3A 7E9. Previous restaurant experience is not required — we’ll train you. As an Expeditor, you’ll work between our kitchen and front-of-house teams to help make sure guests receive the right food quickly and accurately. You’ll also support Servers and help keep service running smoothly during busy periods. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering food to guests quickly and accurately * Checking orders for accuracy and presentation before they leave the kitchen * Helping ensure the right food reaches the right table * Supporting Servers with beverage refills and other guest needs * Clearing and resetting tables when needed * Helping keep service and expo areas clean, stocked, and organized * Assisting with takeout and delivery orders when needed * Communicating with Servers, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders * Helping the team keep service running smoothly during busy periods * Following food-safety and restaurant procedures WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR No previous restaurant experience is required. We’re looking for people who: * Are dependable and arrive ready to work * Have a friendly and positive attitude * Enjoy working as part of a team * Like staying active throughout their shift * Can stay organized while handling multiple priorities * Are comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment * Communicate well with teammates and guests * Are willing to learn and take direction * Can safely carry plates and trays and remain on their feet throughout their shift * Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts Experience as an Expeditor, Food Runner, Busser, Host, Server Assistant, or in another restaurant or customer-service role is welcome, but it is not required. INTERESTED IN BECOMING A SERVER? An Expeditor position is a great way to learn how a full-service restaurant operates and build the skills that can help you move into other front-of-house positions. You’ll gain experience working with guests, Servers, the kitchen team, and restaurant leaders while learning menu knowledge, restaurant service, teamwork, and communication. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and guest-service skills may have opportunities to develop toward a Server position as openings become available. There are also opportunities for strong team members to grow into Shift Supervisor and Management roles over time. The Expeditor acts as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate and timely food delivery to guests. They also support servers with beverage refills, maintain the cleanliness of service areas, and assist with takeout orders.

No previous restaurant experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must be dependable, possess a positive attitude, and be capable of remaining on their feet while carrying plates and trays.
