What will you do? • Managing warehouse team members in multiple locations • Responsible for the organization and inventory management of Water Heater and HVAC equipment and materials, including, but not limited to, loading and unloading of equipment, and scanning and entering serialized equipment into system. • Daily staging of our products and materials prior to installations, document and report on stock quantities at all times to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory. • Assist Installation Crews with daily truck inspections and assure regularly scheduled truck maintenance is being carried out. • Work closely with Installation department to assure smooth and accurate flow of paper work, warranty information, model and serial numbers and any other documentation required for accurate customer history files • Maintain movement of inventory in warehouse and ensure adequate inventory levels at all times through internal and third-party relationships • Monitor the use and turn of inventory equipment and consumables; make recommendations to increase / decrease inventory levels by SKU based on consumption • Complete purchase orders for new equipment where required; match install paperwork with sales file after install is complete • Produce inventory count, value, and stock turn reporting as required at the established frequency What do we offer? • Competitive starting wages • Consistent full-time hours and opportunity for overtime • Ability to earn additional incentives • Ongoing leadership, training, and support • Cross-functional career opportunities • A comprehensive benefits and group savings plan • Generous discount on Reliance products • Fast growing company with an award-winning culture What do you bring? • Warehouse / supply chain experience • Previous management experience • Excellent team player and self-motivator • Proven written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills • Flexibility and adaptability; experience working in a dynamic and growing work environment • Customer/vendor focused; skilled at interacting with both internal and external customers/vendors • Exceptional organizational skills • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Computer proficient (MS suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Related industry experience would be an asset • Ability to multi-task • Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs. and over with the assistance of material handling equipment • Valid class G drivers’ license required Why Reliance?
