A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance Licensed Gas Technician 2 and valid Class G Driver's license Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment. Physically capable of performing all work required of this position. In addition, ability to lift and maneuver water heaters with the assistance of material handling equipment. Ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e. Electronics/electricity). Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. Strong interpersonal and problem -solving skills. Must have outstanding customer service and organizational skills. Very punctual and dependable. Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard (where applicable). Ability to take direction and work with a minimal amount of supervision. Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required, including weekends. Why Reliance? The Water Heater Installer is responsible for the professional installation and maintenance of water heater and tankless equipment. They will also contribute to business growth through lead generation and participate in the training of new team members.

Candidates must hold a Licensed Gas Technician 2 certification and a valid Class G Driver's license. The role requires physical capability to maneuver equipment and strong diagnostic skills for residential HVAC systems.
