CONSTRUCTION CREW EQUIPMENT OPERATOR RFNOW Inc. | Virden, MB RFNOW Inc. is looking for skilled Equipment Operators to join our Construction Team in the Virden, MB area. In this role, you'll operate heavy equipment to support the preparation and installation of fiber optic infrastructure — working as part of a crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. General Responsibilities: * Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently in support of fiber optic construction projects * Perform daily pre-use equipment inspections; report repair issues or hazards immediately * Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable operation * Secure attachments and configure equipment as required for each task * Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment to and from job sites using proper tie-down and load securement procedures * Assist with general labour duties as needed to support project completion * Adhere to all company PPE standards, safety policies, and OH&S regulations * Complete accurate daily paperwork including site meeting notes, driver logs, equipment inspection forms, and attendance tracking * Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: * Valid Class 5 license required (Class 1 or Class 3 preferred) * Experience with heavy-duty equipment such as skid steers, plows, HDD drills, and pulling various trailers. * Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities is an asset * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Must be authorized to work in Canada Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. * Ability to operate power and hand tools * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Ability to work away from home for extended periods Apply at www.rfnow.com/careers [//www.rfnow.com/careers] RFNOW Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
