Job Description Senior On-Site Service Specialist Responsibilities Operate high-volume digital printing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently. Review print requests, job tickets, and production specifications to ensure accurate job setup and completion. Prepare print files and configure equipment according to required paper size, stock, colour, finishing, and quantity. Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent standards. Perform finishing activities such as cutting, folding, binding, booklet making, laminating, and packaging. Prioritize and manage multiple print jobs to meet established production schedules and customer deadlines. Complete quality-control checks to ensure finished products meet customer specifications before delivery. Perform routine operator maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of print and finishing equipment. Escalate equipment issues or service requirements when problems cannot be resolved at the operator level. Maintain accurate production records, job tracking information, and equipment meter readings as required.
