Senior On-Site Service Specialist Responsibilities: * * Operate high-volume digital printing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently. * Review print requests, job tickets, and production specifications to ensure accurate job setup and completion. * Prepare print files and configure equipment according to required paper size, stock, colour, finishing, and quantity. * Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent standards. * Perform finishing activities such as cutting, folding, binding, booklet making, laminating, and packaging. * Prioritize and manage multiple print jobs to meet established production schedules and customer deadlines. * Complete quality-control checks to ensure finished products meet customer specifications before delivery. * Perform routine operator maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of print and finishing equipment. * Escalate equipment issues or service requirements when problems cannot be resolved at the operator level. * Maintain accurate production records, job tracking information, and equipment meter readings as required.
