Reporting to the Hell’s Kitchen General Manager, as a Server at Hell’s Kitchen, you are the primary ambassador of our brand—welcoming guests, delivering expertly prepared food and beverages, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences and consistently uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and brand integrity. Prepare tables for Stock the service area with supplies (e.g. coffee, glassware). Greeting guests and assist with menu Record orders and relay them to the kitchen and Serve food and beverages promptly and Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any Suggest and serve desserts and Prepare and present bills and process Clean and reset tables after guests Support other food and beverage departments as directed by management. Follow all Health and Safety requirements and look out for the safety of yourself and coworkers. Perform other duties as 5+ years’ experience in a dining AGLCProServe/Protectcertification Basic math skills for handling cash and Strong customer service skills and ability to handle special Effective communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening). Ability to work as part of a team and Ability to remain calm under Enthusiastic, outgoing, and Well-organized and able to Pleasant, accommodating, and willing to go the extra Sincere desire to contribute to a memorable guest experience. Sense of urgency and strong work Calm, organized, and confident under pressure. Enjoys working as part of a team and independently. Willing to ask for help when Maintains a professional Experience in food handling, cash handling, customer service, and/or The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. Requirements
Requires over 5 years of dining experience and a valid AGLC ProServe/Protect certification. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
