Key Responsibilities * Provides warm, efficient, and intuitive service at the buffet entrance, greeting guests and processing payments with accuracy and professionalism * Ensures cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliation procedures are completed with precision and adherence to company standards * Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier station, supporting overall buffet readiness and guest flow * Communicates effectively with servers, hosts, culinary, and stewarding teams to support seamless service across the buffet * Assists with line management, guest inquiries, and general wayfinding to enhance the guest experience * Supports end‑of‑shift procedures, including balancing cash, completing cashier reports, and communicating operational notes to leadership * Ensures compliance with licensing laws, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and all regulatory guidelines * Builds positive working relationships with guests, ownership, and team members * Supports special projects or operational initiatives assigned by F&B leadership * Performs additional duties as assigned to support buffet operations and team success Qualifications * Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays * Minimum 1 year of food & beverage experience; buffet exposure considered an asset * Familiarity with POS systems * High volume cashiering experience an asset * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest‑first mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced buffet environment * Serving It Right certification * Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations through timely, service‑oriented * Ability to clear a criminal record check Work Environment Considerations Standing for extended periods and supporting the operation during non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
