Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
