Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and developers to ensure documentation content stays up-to-date and aligns with the latest software releases. Collaborating with subject matter experts, including geotechnical engineers, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in technical materials and communicate complex information clearly to our users. Taking screenshots of software for documentation figures and tutorial instructions, as well as creating simple thumbnail images. Working with UI/UX, Design, and Web Development teams to develop new content ideas and solutions for the company website. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional English writing and editing skills. Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML. Experience working with a content management system such as WordPress or Craft. Educational background in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, Digital Marketing, or another relevant field. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and an ability to make complex technical information easy to understand. You'll be successful if you: Take initiative and naturally identify what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. Are incredibly organized and thrive when juggling multiple priorities. Notice details that others miss and enjoy solving problems before they arise. Build strong relationships with people from all backgrounds and levels of the organization. Communicate professionally and confidently. Enjoy collaborating with technical experts and turning complex information into clear, useful content. Why You'll Love Working Here The opportunity to play a meaningful role in how customers learn about and use Rocscience's industry-leading software. Friendly, collaborative colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together. A brand-new office in downtown Toronto, just steps from King subway station.
