The Music Director will plan music for all weekend Masses, coordinate our three parish choirs, and ensure that music is provided at each Mass either personally or through qualified instrumentalists and cantors. Primary Responsibilities Planning liturgical music in collaboration with the pastor. Coordinating and rehearsing with the three parish choirs. Scheduling cantors and instrumentalists for all weekend Masses. Recruiting and supporting volunteer musicians. Assisting with music for major liturgical celebrations, weddings, and funerals. Knowledge And Skill Requirements A good understanding of and respect for Catholic Doctrine, liturgy and practice, as determined at the sole discretion of the Bishop of the Diocese. Ability to play piano, organ, or guitar and lead congregational singing. Experience directing choirs or coordinating liturgical music is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Catholic Doctrine and liturgy along with the ability to play piano, organ, or guitar. Experience in directing choirs or coordinating liturgical music is preferred.
