Marketing Specialist Toronto, ON Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based Make Your Mark in Marketing We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Toronto office and play an active role in supporting marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and wants to be involved across different areas of marketing. You’ll work closely with the wider team to coordinate campaigns, develop marketing materials, support events and promotions, and help strengthen brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, promotional, and in-person channels. Coordinate marketing projects from initial planning through to delivery, keeping timelines and priorities on track. Assist with creating and updating marketing content, presentations, promotional materials, and communications. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities. Support social media and digital marketing activities, helping maintain consistent brand messaging across channels. Assist with events, promotional activities, and other initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Track campaign activity and prepare basic reports to help measure results and identify opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, promotions, events, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Creative approach with the ability to bring fresh ideas to marketing projects. Confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative office environment. Comfortable using standard office and digital marketing tools. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, communicating with different teams, and adapting quickly when priorities change.
