The Opportunity We’re hiring an Assistant Studio Manager — with a clear path to Studio Manager. This is not a support role. This is a leadership track role for someone who wants to: Run a business Lead a team Drive revenue and performance Perform → you grow into Studio Manager Stay average → this role will feel too demanding What You’ll Own 1. Sales & Revenue (Top Priority) Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups Track and act on KPIs: conversion, retention, attendance Build client habits → frequency and long-term value 2. Studio Experience & Brand Execution Deliver a high-energy, premium boxing experience Bring presence, urgency, and intensity to the studio Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging Turn first-time clients into loyal members 3. Team Leadership Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards Build a no-drama, high-performance culture Support hiring, onboarding, and training Hold the team accountable to results 4. Operations & Business Management Run a tight, efficient operation Manage labor scheduling and cost control Oversee trainer scheduling and performance Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations Solve problems quickly and independently Core Skill Sets We’re Hiring For This role requires a dual capability — not one or the other.
