We're looking for a Studio Manager for our Vancouver studio (including Yaletown) who brings leadership, heart, and fire. Someone who can own the room, run the business, elevate the team, and make Rumble the fitness destination in the city. Drive retail, PT, and event revenue. Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells. Daily Operations: Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow. Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff and trainers. Set weekly expectations and hold accountability. Community & Member Experience: Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers. Lead in-studio engagement and partnership events. Performance Scaling: Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data. Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly. Your Background 5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership. Proven sales track record — you've crushed targets and coached others to do the same. High-energy leadership style with strong operational skills. Passion for wellness and community. Compensation $55,000–$80,000/year base salary plus performance bonuses, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, LTD), and unlimited Rumble classes plus retail/PT discounts.
