ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our client builds Quality Management System (QMS) software for the life sciences industry. Its cloud platform helps pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations (CROs) across North America manage quality and stay inspection-ready — the work that keeps regulated products moving and patients safe. Their flagship platform is a scalable, cloud-based QMS trusted by mid-market and enterprise life sciences companies. Headquartered in Québec, our client is now investing in growth and expanding its presence across the North American market. THE ROLE: Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive net-new growth in the life sciences sector. In this role, you’ll own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and helping bring deals to close. It’s a true builder’s seat: you’ll open new accounts, deepen relationships with quality and compliance leaders, and play a central role in the company’s next stage of growth. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Real ownership. Own your pipeline — a role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain. A product that sells. Represent a proven, market-leading QMS platform in a mission-critical category where quality and compliance are non-negotiable. Senior support on every deal. Our client’s leadership stays hands-on in deal strategy and closing — you’ll have experienced people behind you A growth trajectory. Join at an inflection point as the company scales its market presence, with room to grow as the business does. High-value, consultative selling. Work substantial, relationship-driven deals with VP- and Director-level buyers at established life sciences organizations. WHAT OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the life sciences sector. A track record of selling to mid-market organizations. Confidence building relationships with VP- and Director-level decision-makers. Comfort working with quality consultants as referral partners. A scientific background is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to Travel to the US for client visits or industry events Interested candidates, please note that our team reviews new applicants daily, and while we would love to connect with each of you personally, the high volume of applications means we can only contact candidates best suited for this role.
