We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods locations in Edmonton South, AB. You will be responsible for: Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service. Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc. Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department. Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road. Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness. Other duties as assigned. You have: A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB. A clean driver’s abstract. Experience in a customer service-related role. A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both days and evenings. What you’ll do

Deliver groceries to customers using a company van while providing exceptional customer-first service. Collaborate with the online shopping team to resolve service recovery issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Class 5 AB driver's license with a clean abstract and experience in customer service. Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various weather conditions during days and evenings.
