Requirements A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration) Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills A positive work and attendance record is essential Ability to adapt to new computer applications This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart. Requirements
Applicants must graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold good-standing registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Recent acute, rehabilitation, or community-based rehabilitation experience is preferred; candidates should also demonstrate effective independent and team-based practice, communication and organizational skills, knowledge of community resources, and adaptability to new computer applications.
