What You Bring:
- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- 3+ years of aerospace design experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Enovia/CATIA V5.
- Hands-on experience with wiring installation and avionics mounting.
- Expertise in structural clipping techniques and their impact on aircraft integrity.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, sheet metal, and machining design.
- Knowledge of aircraft design inertias for loading.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design, plan, and integrate cutting-edge structural/mechanical systems using CATIA V5 to enhance aircraft performance and reliability.
- Support structural modifications for avionics and electrical upgrades.
- Create innovative mechanical installations and repairs.
- Develop design documentation to meet aerospace regulations and airworthiness standards.
- Collaborate with a dynamic avionics and electrical team to bring concepts to life.
- Prepare reports and technical data packages for design approval and certification.
- Provide ongoing support for both existing and new designs/products.
