Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator to play a key role in supporting marketing communication campaigns. This is a 3 months contract with the possibility of extension, offering you the chance to contribute to impactful advertising projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Tasks

• Assist project managers in the design, production, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate the internal display plan for the establishments.
• Present briefs to creative teams and ensure follow-up on designs, approvals, and deliveries.
• Perform quality control on produced materials and evaluate results after deployment.
• Monitor monthly budgets and approve quotes and invoices.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• College diploma in administrative techniques or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising or marketing coordination.
