About the role
Position Overview In this role, you will serve as a bridge between Supply Chain operations and Enterprise Systems, owning the analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement of planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics processes across our platforms. You’ll partner with functional leaders and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, driving data integrity, system adoption, and measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for Supply Chain processes (S&OP, MRP, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, logistics).
- Configure, test, and deploy changes in Oracle and Power BI, including maintaining master data, workflows, and integrations; write functional specifications for various teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics (e.g., service level, inventory turns, PO cycle time, forecast accuracy) to inform decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional workshops and change management for new features/releases; create SOPs, training materials, and adoption plans.
- Own incident triage and root-cause analysis; implement fixes and preventive controls.
- Manage small-to-medium projects or workstreams using structured methodologies; track milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with Finance/Controllership on compliance, audit trails, and SOX-relevant controls for Supply Chain systems.
- Support data quality initiatives (item, BOM, vendor, site, route data);
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities aligned to cost, service, and cash objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; 5–7 years of experience in business systems analysis focused on Supply Chain.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle and SAP plus familiarity with Salesforce, APS/Planning, WMS, TMS, and supplier portals.
- Strong process knowledge in MRP, procurement, inventory, logistics, and S&op; ability to model “as-is/to-be” and quantify benefits.
- Proficiency with SQL/queries, data modeling, and analytics/BI tools (e.g., Power BI); comfort with API/integration concepts.
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories/functional specs, building test plans, and executing UAT.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership.
- Project management skills (e.g., Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall); experience coordinating multi-site stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS/ASCM credentials (e.g., CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PMP.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing and multi-plant/global environments.
- Knowledge of EDI, supplier collaboration platforms, and transportation optimization.
- Exposure to SOX, audit/compliance requirements in system design.
