Accompany nurses on home peritoneal dialysis visits and assess their competency in CAPD/APD procedures, solution selection, cycler setup, medications, and documentation. Identify skill gaps, provide corrective teaching, confirm readiness for independent work, and offer occasional clinical guidance to the agency.
