Peritoneal Dialysis Clinical Trainer / Quality Assurance Nurse (RN/RPN) SCH Home Health is seeking an experienced RN or RPN with strong peritoneal dialysis (PD) experience to support the training and competency assessment of our nursing team in Durham Region. Responsibilities include: * Accompany nurses during home PD visits * Assess competency with CAPD/APD procedures * Review solution selection, cycler setup, medications/additives and documentation * Identify skill gaps and provide corrective teaching * Confirm when nurses are competent to work independently * Provide occasional clinical guidance to the agency Requirements: * Current Ontario RN or RPN registration * Strong recent peritoneal dialysis experience * Comfortable training and assessing other nurses * Home/community dialysis experience is an asset * Durham/Scarborough availability preferred This is a part-time/contract clinical educator role, scheduled as needed.

Requirements
Applicants must hold current Ontario RN or RPN registration, have strong recent peritoneal dialysis experience, and be comfortable training and assessing other nurses. Home or community dialysis experience is an asset, and availability in Durham or Scarborough is preferred.
