Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the counter and service areas. Provide support to inside sales activities as needed. Perform any other related duties as assigned. WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE: A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electrical Installation and/or sales training (an asset). More than six (6) months of experience in warehouse or client service. Outstanding customer service skills. Knowledge of electrical products and the Microsoft Office suite (an asset). The ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds (23 kg). What you’ll do
The associate will welcome customers at the counter, process orders, and verify product availability in the system. They are also responsible for maintaining inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the service area.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least six months of experience in warehouse or client service and possess strong customer service skills. A Diploma of Vocational Studies in Electrical Installation or sales training is considered an asset.
