Vernon, BC, Canada Logistics Coordinator | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00PM Connect Hearing Workplace Industrial Division is looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join the team in Vernon, BC. This is an office-based position for a 35-hour work week. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating annual occupational hearing tests and respirator fit testing for existing clients throughout British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate annual hearing testing and respirator fit testing appointments with existing clients using established monthly schedules • Receive and respond to scheduling requests from new and existing clients by phone and email • Adjust schedules to accommodate client needs while considering technician availability, travel requirements, and operational efficiencies • Provide timely follow-up communication to clients regarding scheduled services • Provide general information about services to new and existing clients • Communicate effectively with Industrial Audiometric Technicians who travel throughout British Columbia • Maintain accurate scheduling information and ensure changes are communicated promptly to those affected More about you: • Proficient and confident with computers, including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Google Maps, CRM software, and scheduling systems • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to make sound decisions independently • Strong team player who can also work effectively and independently • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to remain calm when unexpected situations arise • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, professional, and courteous telephone manner • Able to maintain focus, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks effectively • Previous scheduling, coordinating, or sales experience is an asset but not required; knowledge of British Columbia’s geography is also an asset A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria?
