We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to assess AI-generated voice, image, and video content. In this role, you will engage with AI systems, evaluate multimedia outputs, provide structured feedback, and contribute to improving the performance, accuracy, and realism of advanced AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Participate in live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice systems and evaluate the quality, clarity, usefulness, and naturalness of responses. Review and compare AI-generated images, videos, and multimedia content to determine which outputs best align with provided instructions or prompts. Analyze visual and audio content to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or unrealistic elements. Assess outputs across multiple quality dimensions, including accuracy, realism, instruction adherence, and overall user experience. Provide clear, detailed, and evidence-based written feedback explaining evaluation decisions. Carefully inspect content using available review tools to identify subtle visual, motion, text, or audio-related issues. Support quality improvement initiatives by delivering consistent and objective assessments. Follow evaluation guidelines and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the review process. Typical Activities Compare multiple AI-generated images and select the output that best satisfies the given requirements. Review video content for quality, consistency, realism, and alignment with prompts or source materials. Evaluate and refine AI-generated content descriptions, labels, or summaries to improve accuracy and completeness. Assess AI-generated speech for pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, and overall listening experience. Provide written observations and recommendations that help improve future AI-generated outputs. Participate in quality assurance processes that support the development of advanced AI systems. Required Qualifications Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle quality differences in multimedia content. Ability to evaluate information objectively and make well-reasoned decisions based on established criteria. Comfortable reviewing visual, audio, and video content for extended periods. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to provide concise, accurate, and evidence-based feedback. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience reviewing, evaluating, testing, auditing, or assessing digital content. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, content moderation, or quality assurance processes. Experience writing structured reviews, evaluations, or professional feedback. Ability to handle ambiguous situations and confidently make decisions when multiple options have strengths and weaknesses. Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
