We’re expanding our remote workforce and looking for reliable, goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people and delivering a high level of professional service. In this position, you’ll work directly with members through pre-scheduled virtual and phone appointments. You’ll help identify what they’re looking for, provide relevant information, answer questions, and guide them through the necessary steps. You’ll also assist with digital paperwork, maintain accurate records, and handle follow-up communication to ensure members have a smooth experience. This opportunity combines the flexibility of working from home with a clear and organized day-to-day structure. No previous industry experience is required. New team members receive comprehensive training, coaching, and continued guidance. What the Role Involves Your responsibilities may include: Connecting with members through scheduled phone and video meetings Listening to members and identifying their individual needs and priorities Presenting relevant information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Answering questions and providing guidance throughout the process Helping members complete online applications and electronic forms Organizing digital documents and maintaining accurate member files Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments Reviewing information to ensure required details have been completed Maintaining professional and courteous communication with members Collaborating with team leaders when questions or additional support arise Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings What Makes a Strong Candidate We’re open to candidates from many different professional backgrounds.
