Our team helps members understand supplemental benefit programs available to them and provides clear guidance throughout the process. The individuals you’ll work with have already requested information, so this role does not involve door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. Your focus is on connecting with interested members, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed decisions. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work with members remotely through scheduled phone and video appointments. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting individuals who have requested information about available benefits Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments through Zoom or phone Reviewing coverage options and answering client questions Helping families determine which solutions best align with their needs Assisting with digital applications and required documentation Following up with members and maintaining long-term client relationships Using established systems, scripts, and training resources Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development Working toward individual performance goals and advancement opportunities The goal is to provide members with a professional, informative, and supportive experience from their initial appointment through ongoing service. Who We’re Looking For Prior industry experience is not required. We’re primarily looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Successful candidates typically have: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional and positive attitude Good organization and time-management abilities Basic computer skills and comfort using online platforms The ability to work independently in a remote environment A strong work ethic and willingness to be coached The ability to successfully complete a background check Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or other people-facing roles can be helpful, but full training is provided.
