StandardAero is seeking a motivated Articling Student for a one-year articling term starting in May 2027 with our in-house Legal team in Winnipeg to support its Commercial Engine Services division. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience advising a global aerospace company while working alongside experienced in-house counsel and business leaders. Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid) Term: One year Position: Articling Student Department: Legal What You'll Do: * Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; * Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal support; * Support legal operations and practice management; * Assist with corporate, regulatory and transactional matters; and * Support dispute resolution and other legal initiatives.
