One full-time permanent Supervisor, Safe Haven Youth Services position available, starting on October 11, 2026, working 37.5 hours per week. Your Role In this role, you will be responsible for: * Participates in and collaborates with community partners in designing, planning, implementing, and assessing the therapeutic program environment and supervises the staff member’s implementation of the program for youth. * Supports the implementation of evidence-informed treatment approaches. * Works in alignment with the Agency’s commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency. * The above tasks are representative but not all inclusive. Your Talents and Experience * Diploma or degree in child and youth work, social services, social work or psychology, plus a minimum of three years of experience in a social service setting, and a minimum of one-year supervisor/managerial experience. * Demonstrates commitment to inclusion, effective communication skills; the ability to delegate as well as accept direction; committed to a team-oriented approach; able to coordinate staff and program schedules to meet identified needs and targets. * Commitment to helping youth within the context of the program and to be a resource to multidisciplinary treatment teams. * A sound understanding of evidence-informed treatment approaches. * Able to build authentic and sustainable relationships with staff members, clients, and community partners. * Required to hold a valid “G” Class License and a two-million-dollar liability policy as part of personal car insurance, First Aid Certificate, CPR certificate, and C.I.T. Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in child and youth work, social services, or a related field, along with at least three years of social service experience and one year of management experience. A valid G-class driver's license, First Aid, and CPR certifications are also required.
