Here's your chance to make a real impact as Controller for an established, global non-profit organization, a full-time contract role with strong potential to become permanent. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll take the lead on financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and compliance, ensuring strong financial governance and effective stewardship of the organization's resources. You'll drive year-end audit activities, support the preparation of external financial statements, and play a key role in improving financial processes and systems along the way. Main responsibilities include: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team through effective performance management, training, and workload planning Oversee financial operations, including accounting processes, reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvements Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, employee expenses, and cash management activities Oversee payroll-related financial processes and maintain appropriate controls Support financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and annual audits Partner with internal teams to strengthen financial processes, systems, and compliance practices Bring your expertise in financial leadership and governance to support the organization through an important period of growth and continued improvement.
