Territory Manager – Healthcare Sales SK/MB Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and making a meaningful difference in healthcare? As a Territory Manager, you play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across Saskatchewan and Manitoba (30-50% travel) while representing a strong portfolio of innovative medical products. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and home healthcare retail partners to drive growth, provide clinical education, and deliver exceptional customer support and responsibilities include: • Driving sales growth and achieving territory revenue and business objectives • Building strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, distributors, and retail partners • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts • Conducting product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and in-service training • Developing and executing strategic territory business plans and sales initiatives • Managing contracts, tenders, forecasting, and territory reporting • Partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences • Staying informed on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to grow business in a complex sales environment. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant sales experience selling to hospitals, healthcare professionals, or healthcare organizations (experience with distributor and/or retail channels an asset).
