As an Access Audit Technician, you will monitor our RFID lift access points to prevent unauthorized entry, identify potential loss, investigate suspicious activity, and troubleshoot ticketing issues. Compensation Information: $19.35 per hour Physical Requirement: Light; activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting; prolonged periods of time at desk/screen. This job position requires physical presence at the designated location. Skills You Bring With You Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with full proficiency in English. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines. Experience with SKIDATA, RFID technology, RTP resort management, or two-way radios is an asset. Ability to handle guest inquiries calmy and escalate complex issues when necessary. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and a willingness to complete an on-site criminal record check upon hire. Primary Responsibilities Monitor real-time RFID system traffic to ensure guest compliance with resort policies and conduct daily audit reports to verify eligibility and valid access. Identify violations, tactfully reviewing security camera footage to collect evidence and accurately log incidents. Respond professionally to guest emails regarding product eligibility, ticketing policies, and penalties involved with violations. Maintain effective communication with the Lift Operations team to support and resolve RFID issues.
