About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, Global Trade Services, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing the manufacturing costs associated with our world-class recreational products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating budget preparation, monitoring costs and surcharges related to international trade activities, and supporting various business units in controlling import-related expenses. You will analyze financial data, prepare key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the Trade Compliance group. Additionally, you will lead and participate in cost-reduction initiatives, ensure financial controls are effectively implemented, and standardize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and contributing to growth opportunity assessments will also be key aspects of your role.
