What You’ll Do: • Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs • Encourage and support resident participation • Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters • Escort residents to and from programs as needed • Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies • Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships • Document participation per regulatory guidelines • Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections.
