Opportunity: Superior Cabinets is looking for a Dealer Design Representative to play a key role in our Dealer Sales team. This is an in-person position within our Saskatoon Corporate office. You will bring design experience, customer service, and sales experience to help dealer partners grow their business. Why Superior Cabinets? Main Responsibilities: Design and Order Management * Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvement considerations. * Assist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing. * Provide support with software and processes. Dealer Customer Support * Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts. * Provide product training, service, and ongoing support. * Remain knowledgeable on company products and market trends. Business Development and Sales * Participate in networking, training, and industry events. * Collaborate with leadership to report on sales, targets, and growth initiatives. * Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify process improvements. You have: * 3+ Years of proven experience in kitchen design. * Detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry. * Experience with 2020, ProKitchens or similar software. * Strong communication and relationship building skills. * Class 5 driver’s license with clean record. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. * Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
