Lead and supervise a team of 15–20 associates while overseeing receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory accuracy, and daily fulfillment center performance. Maintain safety and quality standards, monitor KPIs, coordinate dispatch, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, inventory, and shipments to support timely delivery, while maintaining shipping and customs documentation and regulatory compliance. Communicate shipment updates to clients and stakeholders, resolve delivery issues, and analyze logistics processes and data to identify improvements.
