Full Time Toronto, ON $45k-55k About This Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to our clients. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth flow of goods Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders Resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise during transportation Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations Manage customs documentation for international shipments Maintain detailed records of all logistics activities Customer Service Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedules Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction Coordinate with customer service team to address any delivery issues Process Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvements Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry Experience with logistics software and tracking systems Knowledge of shipping and customs procedures Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) Knowledge of international trade regulations Certification in logistics or supply chain management Bilingual capabilities (English/French) What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually Comprehensive health and dental coverage Group life and disability insurance Retirement savings plan with company matching Professional Development Opportunities for career advancement within the company Training and development programs Professional certification support Mentorship opportunities Work Environment Collaborative and supportive team environment Modern office facilities with latest technology Flexible work arrangements Employee wellness programs About Supership Supership is a leading third-party logistics company specializing in comprehensive supply chain solutions.
