Seeking a Labour & Employment Associate with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to handle employment-related disputes within a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice in Alberta, with flexible remote work arrangements. Responsibilities Manage employment and civil litigation files from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, correspondence, motion materials, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Attend mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings Maintain organized files and monitor critical deadlines Provide responsive, client-focused legal service Qualifications LL.B. or equivalent Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta 5+ years of civil litigation experience Employment law experience preferred Plaintiff-side and contingency fee experience considered a strong asset Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented with the ability to manage urgent deadlines
