Lawyer-Civil Litigation

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience across a variety of civil matters. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and interested in building an independent practice with the support of an established firm, experienced mentorship, and access to internal referrals. Responsibilities Independently manage a diverse civil litigation practice. Handle matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discoveries, negotiations, and court proceedings. Apply the Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable court procedures effectively. Draft and review pleadings, legal correspondence, motions, and other litigation materials. Develop and maintain client relationships and referral sources. Contribute to business and practice development initiatives. Work collaboratively with experienced lawyers while developing greater autonomy in practice. Qualifications 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. Experience handling a variety of civil matters. Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and court procedures. Extensive experience drafting pleadings and other litigation documents. Strong advocacy, communication, organizational, and client-management skills. Existing referral sources or a developing book of business. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing an independent practice. High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
