Responsibilities Handle employment and labour matters from intake through resolution Represent clients in wrongful dismissal, severance, workplace, and human rights matters Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement materials Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice Manage multiple files, deadlines, and client communications independently Requirements Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta Experience in labour & employment and/or civil litigation Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
